My friend and I popped in to Bridge Cafe yesterday afternoon for coffee and cheesecake. It's the first time I'd been there and I found it to be clean, cosy, welcoming and Covid compliant with plenty sanitiser and well spaced out tables which were thoroughly wiped down as soon as customers left. Having looked at their menu options and prices we will definitely return for lunch soon. Their tea and coffee were very good and the cheesecake was perfect. My wife had a toasted sourdough sandwich and despite the cheese not being melted it was very tasty I ordered the lentil soup which was watery and tasteless, it's served with a large hunk of bread which due to the terrible soup I didn't try.
