jasmine Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Scotland

We've spent £25 on 3 pizzas tonight (and that was using buy 1 get 1 half price deal). 20 minutes after ordering we received a phonecall saying there was no garlic paste which was no big deal, we changed from garlic and cheese bread to margharita pizza. An hour and a half later 2 pizzas arrived! I phoned immediately and was told they'd realised the margharita wasn't packed and would get sent out by another driver. It took 30 minutes to arrive. Overall the pizzas were not of the usual standard for jasmine pizzas. Chicken chasni one hardly had any sauce on the base. And the pepperoni pizzas and margharita were over...

Since I moved to the area I think I have tried 5-6 South-Asian restaurants that deliver (I have not eaten in at any). All the others had poor quality samosas (lumpy blobs) and overly mild, sometimes even sweet, dishes. Jasmine is the first one that has good samosas - neat triangles, crispy pastry, tasty lamb filling. It is also the only one with dishes that have some appropriate chilli heat. Very happy to find this place and it will definitely be my go to for Desi food. ordered food online from app to collect.My husband waited over 45 mins in restaurant as not ready when he went to collect 30 mins after i ordered. Got home and the Peshwari naan i ordered wasn’t in the bag and the food was lukewarm at best. Called about Naan missing and explained food was lukewarm warm and they offered to get the missing Naan bread delivered and 10% off next order. We are hoping this is just a one off as usually great food but tonight it was terrible. I ordered a takeaway so i don’t have to cook but had to spend time reheating the food.
