Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

Only ever been in a Greggs once before and said i would never go again but it was pouring with rain so we decided to try this branch. (The other branch was in Glasgow and had birds all over the place, just walking around the floor plus jumping on the tables.). This brancg didn't have Earl Grey tea, they couldn't provide some hot milk !! and they wouldn't heat up the 2 pastries we bought. NEVER AGAIN IN GREGGS ! They had plenty of free tables, maybe because they are not...

Usually come in quite often but today it was shocking - I understand about food not being available but after asking for certain items I was told “wasn’t available to the company” baring in mind I’ve bought the item often. I asked for other items to be told no, yet other customers could order it. The woman serving was rude and wasn’t happy to serve at all. Can’t believe after years of being a loyal customer I was spoken...

Went in and asked for 6 sausage rolls and later found out I had been given vegan sausage rolls, so I phoned up and explained over the phone the manager then took it upon herself to hand deliver 8 sausage rolls and a packet of short bread which wasn't necessary at all but very much appreciated, overall what would have been quite a poor review was turned into a good one due to great customer...
