Well the food is great, however there are some serious issues mainly down to they can't seem to cope with orders really and it feels like the focus on the delivery side more, I believe there may be at least two managers, now the male manager actually manages the team and get them to pull together the female manager sadly lacks managerial qualities and is a Circus when she is managing wait times are terrible especially considering the price is more than other fast food establishments, and accessibility also an issue there is a set of two doors to get in in the first ones do not stay open have suggested something as simple as a door stop or an assistant doorbell if requiring help, every time I say this feel they brushed it off as they " well look into it but NEVER do, lastly think it's absolutely shocking that you can still only pay by card as it isn't very inclusive people deserve should have the right and option to pay...

Apauling service. Just Eat customer here. Ordered a meal 40 minutes before their closing time at 10pm, delivery time kept changing whilst saying that the courior was at the restaurant. Took them 30 minutes to answer the phone and then proceeded to tell me to contact just eat, that it wasn't their fault and they were closed, then straight after the call the order was cancelled (coincidence?). Order was refunded but then left us with no other takeaway option that night after a long shift. (Ordered on 5th April)

Now tonight (7th April), ordered at 21:25pm. Got to 21:50pm and I tried to call, 10 tries and they finally pick up, told me that the driver left 5 minutes prior to me calling. 22:30 I got my order, an hour and ten minutes after ordering, stone cold too - absolutely terrible service. Can't believe reviews . Obviously fake . Friday 27th Jan 1730 ish. Can't even say service poor as it was non existence. Only bothered with drive thru customers . Totally ignored large queue at counter. 4 groups left before we to did as gave up . Just completely ignored even when we called out . Young male assistant just kept back us at counter never turned around once, like he was frightened to look ! Just kept staring at food preparation area and order lists . But even though nothing arriving to process drive thru orders he still didn't once address those queuing at counter. And manageress I assume at drive through counter clearly not bothered either .
