Taco Bell — Restaurant in Scotland

Restaurant was filthy, litter on almost all tables. A member of staff started to “clean up” but there was still cheese left on our table and chairs. There were dirty tables that weren’t cleaned for the whole time we were there. A member of staff came back to pick up the rubbish on the floor under our table but only picked up one wrapper and left the other 3 on the floor. One order screen not working and some of the tv screens did not work either. One of the bench seats was broken and not repaired. We ordered 3 different burritos and none of them were marked to show which one was which. We asked the server to help and quizzed if they would have been marked and he said that they don’t do that. We had to unroll the burritos to try and figure out which one was which. We where surprised to see that the baby burrito was the same size as the normal burritos. The rice in the burritos was hard. I also found black specs in my fountain drink. The order interface was also poor, we managed to order 2 items that we didn’t intend of adding to the order. We sat in but we were given a take away bag. We weren’t given our cups for the drinks and had to get the attention of the staff to be given them. The only two other people who ordered after us were missing items from their orders. The restaurant was dead and no wonder with the poor quality and care for the brand. if i could give this rubbish place 0 stars TRUST ME I WOULD but sadly i cant :(( anyways the reason i have a strong disliking of this place is because my friends decided to eat at the establishment and let’s just say we were HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with this journey. when we i went in to sit with my 9 friends i got kicked out along with 2 of my other friends only because we weren’t ordering?? and i understand they aren’t a shelter but 7 of my friends were paying customers and there was no one else in the restaurant except me and my 9 friends. even though there was atleats 4 staff members available and my 7 friends were the only customers they still managed to forget one of my friends orders and took ages to give the 6 others there food. me and 2 of my friends had to stand outside in the pouring rain whilst our friends were in taco bell waiting for their food which took so long because the staff forgot about her order that my hair was so wet that it could fill up a whole blooming cup because there was that much water SOOO i ended up going to mcdonald’s and let me say i recommend so much more. my mcdonald’s order came lickity split and was lovely meal and actually served drinks unlike taco bell so just turn around and visit mcdonald’s instead BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS A...

I had a delivery today and have enjoyed the some of the food. I did like the fresh salad on bothe, the tacco and the burrito. The tacco was crunchy and the grilled chicken and the fresh salad was tasty. As it could have been added some sauce. I had a BBQ burrito and actually have missed a but more sauce, I know that more sauce would have made the crispy chicken soggy in the burrito,but it would have been nice to add this later when you have the meal, without extra charge for the sauce, as it was a bit dry, as well the bit sauce I had was all in one site it should have been everywhere. I have added my own BBQ sauce and Ur still was very tasty. So extra sauce would be nice to add later in the meal. The churros were very thin this made them dry and hart. As here to make them thicker as they will taste also when cold. It could have been a perfect meal. Oh and my fries were cold but tasty I warmed the up. The courier driver was very friendly and was 7 min early and had a nice smile, nice service. Thank you.
