KFC Irvine - The Riverway Retail Park — Restaurant in Scotland

-manager is terrible and rude to staff, constantly gets up in the young people business, can hear her constantly complaining to the younger people and shouting when they do thing wrong even when it’s not there fault. They prioritise the safety of the customers first in an argument between a server and costumer when is was the costumer that initiated the argument. was sitting eating my food when one of the staff members took out another costumers food, the young girl took it over to the older lady and they lady started screaming and shouting that her order was wrong screaming that the whole shop can hear, the young lady stayed very calm and said I just give out the orders I do not paid them then older lady left and came through the drive through complaining to the manager about the young lady serving the food, then I heard the manager screaming in the servers face nasty words while all the other employees stood around watching aswell as costumers standing or sitting eating there food, everytime I’m in that shop the manager seems to be getting on at all the young people weather it’s screaming or shouting or even saying nasty things about them being there back I am not happy ! And would like this manager speaking too against the women manager I think I caught her name badge as “Allison” I am a regular in there and that is not what I want to see the young kids getting abuse at work...

My Wife and I came here for a quick dinner last night, before visiting The Hideaway club down the road. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly service. The decor is quirky and inviting and we immediately felt comfortable. I love that the menu is large and uncomplicated. We chose several chicken starter dishes and two chicken wraps which was plenty to fill us up - This is not your “run of the mill” KFC. Everything is cooked fresh and you can taste the difference in comparison to some other restaurants. The chicken was excellent. All in all a very pleasant meal. Went today for a treat ordered the Daredevil box with piri piri sauce and a tower fillet box meal, a portion of sweet chilli bites and 4 hot wings. I wanted to drive through but it was closed so i went in, thinking they would be quick. Clearly they were short staffed as i waited around 20 minutes. The drinks machine was not working correctly, i could see this so when i collected my order i tried my drinks before leaving, i was very kindly offered a bottle of pepsi instead. I thought this was great, on leaving i double checked with my server that my hot wings were in the box, yes was her answer. When i got back home to Stewarton, there was no hot wings and 2 sweet chilli bites. I could see Lauren was under pressure today but KFC Irvine really needs to support their staff, give them more help. I am not the only one who will not be back....
