I am very very disappointed with my order I have ordered for chicken wrap and a chicken tikka roll But I ordered on the phone the guy asked me how hot I want it I told him just normal hot when I picked up my order it wasn't ready even ready I phoned half an hour before I collected my order and I still had to wait. When I went home and opened my order it was nothing but just chilly sauce it was so hot that I couldn't even eat it So I decided to phone the restaurant I spoke to this lovely young lady on the phone who apologized and told me to come and take another order I ask that lovely girl on the phone what do you want me to do with my old order and she said you can put it in the bin because of covid we can not accept it And that is exactly what I have done I've put it in the bin and I was just getting ready to go pick up my order which she told me to come and take just when I was getting ready I had a call from Chickie chicken It was the same girl She told me to bring the old order with me even though she just told me to put it in the bin and I told her that I but that I've done exactly what you told me to do to put the old order in the bin but she said we cannot give you your new order we need to see the old one after speaking to her boss I believe her boss was forcing me to bring the old one even though I was told by the young girl to put it in the bin I was very very angry and I didn't know what to do I am very very disappointed with the boss. owner of that restaurant I did not accept this kind of unprofessional behavior I'm definitely not going to use that restaurant ever again I also have family friends around that area and I'm also going to tell everybody not to use that place again after what they did I am so upset because I was very hungry and I have paid nearly 20 pound for all of my order and I'm...

Tried for the first time and definitely won't be back. My grandad called and placed an order for collection, he ordered a chicken and ham pizza and kids chicken nugget meal as well as other things. He was asked how spicy he wanted the chicken and he told them not spicy, plain. when he arrived the food wasnt ready and he noticed the order mentioned spicy so he told them again its plain chicken. When we got the food home we noticed the kids chicken nugget meal was actually a chicken strips meal and the pizza had spicy chicken, which unfortunately meant half of us wouldn't eat the food. I called and spoke with a young woman, I told her the issue and she apologised about the nuggets but went on to tell me we had asked for a chicken tikka and ham pizza. I assured her this was not correct, she wasnt the one who took the order it was a gentleman. she offered to send a replacement but when i told her we live in wallyford she quickly changed that option. I asked her for a refund for the pizza and nuggets. she put me on hold while she spoke to someone and when she returned she told me she could only offer me a chicken nugget kids meal for free next time we were in but there was nothing she would do about the pizza as they only offer chicken tikka. I told her we would definitely not be back and I find it ridiculous that the person taking the order wouldnt explain they only offered chicken tikka and when it was queried in the shop again no one mentioned it was only chicken tikka.

Absolutely shocking behaviour I go in tonight order plain chicken and ham pizza two chicken fillet burger meals to be charged separately for chicken burger chips and juice now 11.40 instead of 8.99 and then young lad lied about my order said I ordered plain margarita which I've never ordered plain pizza so called the shop when I got home to say about there mistake yes we can send pizza but difference of 4 pound said will send it 30 mins later my pizza arrived WRONG pizza again spicy chicken and ham pizza so call the shop to be told that's only chicken we do LIES as I've bought four of five chicken and ham absolute disgrace so I go to shop for manager saying I'm lying and young boy who supposedly went home was magically there when I arrived saying Im a liar they're all shouting all sorts at me and my son who disabled now I'm having go to Chippy get my son his pizza I WILL NEVER BE BACK I'M POSTING THIS ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA LIARS ALWAYS GET CAUGHT I ASKED TO SEE CCTV as they said I'm lying that I did only order plain pizza I asked to see CCTV they refused what does that say why not correct...
