At the start of meal this would of been a single star as we wer sat beside an annoying drunk.. But we persevered till out starter was done and then politely asked to move, this was done without hesitation and our 1* went to a 5*… We had chili nachos and deep fried mushrooms both really nice real chili and a good serving of dips We then had a monster burger with a side of pepper sauce and a fillet steak with pepper sauce, burger was juicy and flavourful only downside was if say pepper sauce was somehow sweet The steak was cooked to a perfect medium and melted in mouth only thing I'd say was it was over seasoned with salt by chef Eton mess for poodin was great And the 2 professionally made cocktails Wer amazing Men's bathroom door had a damaged lock so no privacy Place seemed clean and decently run

Had a family meal here coast used to be amazing, but defiantly quality has come down. Kids plates were heated up, so had to avoid children touching their plates, no one checked how food was, no body checked if other drinks were needed. Only dairy free vanilla ice cream option for milk allergies, we had 2 children and a adult with milk allergies they only had enough ice cream for either 2 kids portions of ice cream or 1 portion for a adult so to run out of dairy free option by 2pm on a Saturday is ridiculous. Felt like an inconvenience by staff and to watch a staff members child behind the bar helping themself during a Saturday afternoon is...

Had a meal last week for the first time since Covid started with my partner and first impressions were good clean, staff friendly, ordered food which didn't take too long, but unfortunately got food poisoning 4 hours later after eating, I contacted restaurant on Saturday and spoke with a lovely female staff member who was very apologetic and said she would take my contact details and pass onto manager to call me on Monday when she was back on shift unfortunately have heard nothing and this is Wednesday would have appreciated a call back to discuss further, at present still not feeling great after bad experience.
