What an amazing and special cafe! The interior and cutlery is absolutely beautiful. We order a chilli con carne, a pot of tea and one plain scone with cream, butter and jam. The scone was one of the best cones I have eaten, and the chili con carne was good with plenty of chesse baguettes and a salad. All for a price of £20 which I think is a bargain. Especially considering the big portion size of the chili con carne that fed two of us and the scone too! Gigantic!

And to top it all off almost at the end of the lunch, we got a free pot of tea (we were sharing one). The customer service top notch! Definitely will come...

A lovely tea-room in Arbroath which looks to be a real hub for locals. It was packed when we visited on a pretty dull and windy day. The decor is charming: florals, bunting, beautiful crockery-it’s all very pretty! Just popped in for coffee and cake but the full menu looked so tasty. My carrot cake was huge and very good; I was so full from my coffee and cake that I skipped lunch! Two ladies were enjoying an afternoon tea for two which was overflowing with food -I was quite jealous! We were only in Arbroath for a few hours but if we are ever in the area in the future I would...

Well another cafe that offers ghastly stale coffee, I've only given two stars and that is solely for the cake, a great selection and moist and delicious. The staff were lovely too, but please, offer a decent cup of coffee and stop buying the cheapest beans in town. It was quite frankly foul, both the cappuccino (which had no foam and no offer of chocolate powder) and the late (which did have foam) the worst I've tasted in years and both were thrown in the bin. Ugh! Quite a nice place though, probably a sought after lunch spot, bright,...

I really enjoyed the well presented sweet chilli calzine as well as a warm croissant washed down with a lovely sweet pot of Turkish apple tea. The service was outstanding. The only fault, If I was to be picky, would be the cost. It was £6.50 for the calzine which seems slightly more pricey than other local cafes for a similar dish. I personally feel that it was worth the price for the lovely food served in the quaint little cafe.

Top quality food, top quality staff. The pomegranate dressing is a MUST if you visit (they even sell it if you love it as much as me). All food is served on quaint and cute little chopping/ wooden boards. Covid: hand sanitiser at the door, track and trace details were taken as soon as we sat down, tables throughly cleaned as customers left and all staff wearing masks. Cant fault it.
