Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

Have used this costa cafe for a while now, mainly for takeaway food (bacon or sausage roll). Generally food from Costa is always the same from shop to shop, though this one tends to overcook the product or has it set too high (tbh I thought they were all pre-programmed with identical times/temperature so 🤷). Staff always seem to be busy doing something else, with little commitment to good customer service. Finally the cafe is attached to the side of the tesco store, on the way to the toilets, which are just a whiff away. The cafe is open to the store so atmosphere isn't some your going to get. Tbh I've stopped getting food from here as its proper poor quality, highly processed, high sugar, high corn oils, little if any nutritional benefits. My first time for breakfast here. A previous attempt was thwarted by ineffective staff allowing queue jumpers. I asked for toast and coffee. Three butters for two toast, so I asked for another, please. The chap serving barely looked at me and almost tossed another butter on my plate. He was silent. After sitting down I realised I didn’t have a napkin. I went back and asked the same chap and got a similar response - NOTHING !!!
