Nice place great for stop by during shopping although I used drive through when the store was busy at the time. I use drive through service. One espresso and a bottle of water the order and sugars and stir the extras. The queue moving really slow. By the time I was ready to take my coffee, I ask the employee for sugar and stir to receive the answer, it has already been in the coffee. Alright I wasn't have my coffee yet I just took the coffee with the bottle of water. I had the chance to taste the coffee only when I arrived at work. Miles away. The coffee was still warm so I give a small shake to the cup thinking of stir the sugar that might sit on the bottom of the cup. I open the lid and.. sip... Bitter as normally coffee is. Thankfully I had the bottle of water to wash down the bitterness. Result: I did not had coffee this morning and I will think twice to go again drive through. Usually I drink my coffee at home but that morning I was run out, so I thought why not, I am regular customer at Costa I like their coffee. I was not expecting to see queue or my order will go so bad. Overall I will continue to buy my coffee, but unlikely to use again the drive through option.

This is the second time in the last week we have had problems here. 1. Wrong order, its not rocket science is it to get the order right...especially when its only TWO LATTES.....! Historicaly we stopped coming here as they find it absolutely impossible to do the following order: 1 x large latte, 1x large latte , wet and one shot.....how hard can it be? So as they are going back to their old ways we shant be visiting again .... 2. My wife has just returned from costa and I see the large latte is less than half full .....adding the quarter cup of foam this is a QUARTER OF A CUP....Really? when you also ask for a wet latte (no foam) then this is wrong on many levels.

A regular customer at Costa Coffee. My choice at the moment is a Flat White with a shot of Caramel flavour syrup for Golden Honeycomb drink. I have ordered this at Costa Coffee shops all over Glasgow. This was REFUSED by the manager here with the excuse that they could not sell a syrup with a Flat White. Complete rubbish given that the menu offers you the choice to add a syrup for 50p. Staff were not helpful when questioned and rather gruff. The good news is I was able to find a Costa Coffee with more customer orientated staff who were prepared to sell me a BOTTLE of the syrup....

I have used this Costa for years and it has gone right down hill. Havnt been in for a couple of months but was in it yesterday and it was the pits! Staff were like robots, no expression or friendliness. We sat down to our coffees and cake and saw my knife was filthy so went up and asked for a clean one. The girl who took it got the clean one and rubbed over it with her thumb and when handed to my partner he found it to be still dirty, asked for a 3rd knife and it had bits of food actually stuck to it! Disgusting 😡 I asked for manager at this point and the girl looked totally bored and not the least bit bothered that she was handing out filthy cutlery. The manager did apologise and got me a 4th knife which she polished up with a cloth, but seriously unprofessional staff working yesterday. Also the seat we went to sit on was ripped apart, not just a small tear, but an actual hole in middle of it. Considering the prices they charge and the amount of money they bring in worldwide you would expect a lot more from a company. The whole shop was freezing as well, saw someone go and ask for air conditioning to be turned down as it was so cold., obviously not being monitered either just like the staff's attitudes. The coffee was also lukewarm nut by that point i couldnt be bothered going up to say anything else to them. Very disappointed and doubt I will be going back...

Bizarre experience tonight...! (Read to end ) I ordered two coffees in the drive through. The young woman stood facing the machines and made my order. However, she got the order wrong. I asked for one latte to be made “wet” which means no foam and is essentially a cup of hot milk, I was surprised at how light the cup was when I was given it so I asked if it was wet yes it was came the reply. I took the lid off and pressed the paper cup together no liquid came out but lots and lots of foam probably more than you would get with just a normal latte never mind a “wet” latte.

I asked for another drink. Now for the bizarre part.....the young lady stood sideways to the coffee maker leaning to the left over the counter and hiding (it seemed to me) what she was doing. Remember previously she had stood facing the coffee maker....so what would you think? Now I don’t know if she took up this bizarre stance for some reason but to me it looked suspicious.....perhaps I was being suspicious because she had got the order wrong and seemed a bit put out.....but If your reading this young lady I threw the drink away ! I...
