Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

Poor attitude, poor service. Treated my my mum to a Costa . Poor decision by myself. We stood at the counter for about 2 minutes. Hoping that the Manageress, would stop gossiping and allow the young male or female colleague to serve us. I stood there looking at her, thinking if she doesn't serve me very soon. We will go to Marks. Fortunately she managed to stop resting against the counter and served us. No welcome, no thankyou and not even a smile. The lemon muffin was not fresh, the gents was out of order and probably was for days and all the papers were out of date. The next customer had the repeat poor service. As the Manageress obviously, had continued her none work conversation. Although the shop was busy, surely you would expect the leader of the store on the day. To be driving standards of service. A girl Broke at Heathfield Costa is the most wonderful cheerful girl I have ever come across in food industry. That's how the customer service should be. Very enthusiastic n she kept everyone happy there. Was watching her mannerism and the service while I was there sitting enjoying my iced coffee. That's how a person should be. Food industry is very busy n complicated but managing everything and everyone in a positive way, very few people have this talent these days. Well done Broke. You will definitely go a long way lovely. Keep on doing the best and always stay the way...

Omg..... nothing left to make most of the cooler drinks!! It's 30° outside, what's going on. Dose no one look at what the weather is going to be like and order accordingly.
