WHO IS PRIORITY? IN STORE CUSTOMERS OR JUST EAT TAKEAWAY ORDERS? If you are looking for a quick Sub to takeaway, do not waste your time going in to order here as Just Eat orders are priority....... Just went in and stood for over 5 mins with 2 other customers. Nobody acknowledged us and they were making Just Eat Subs for takeaway. One left and myself and the other still waiting to be acknowledged. I then stated "I take it that Just Eat is the priority" . The reply I got was "Yes it is" that was all no further explanation or apology for the wait or how long it be till they can serve. I had to walk away absolutely fuming. Disgusting attitude, it's probably best that Just Eat is priority since it's faceless and no interaction is needed with a customer. They clearly have absolutely no understanding of customer service or even basic manners. You should either close your doors to walk-ins or ditch Just Eat. The only positive I can provide right now is that this is common all over, Just Eat is ruining customer experience it's clear that chains like Subway can't...

Other staff member making just eats orders. They even had time to chat Bout that it was going to be a just eats kind of day and other stuff before they told us they would be a minute. Next when we had asked for some BBQ sauce on our melts ( which we get in every other subway store ) they told us we couldn't as they can only change one thing. All we had asked for on one melt was no salad. So adding a bit of sauce wouldn't done any harm. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMight be the worst subway in existence, every time I go in store it is always chaotic, some of the staff are rude and the service is extremely slow, especially if you pre order on the app. Whenever I order online there is always something wrong with the order i receive, I have never once received what I ordered, whether it be a missing item (drink, cookie, crisps) or the complete wrong sub (I received tomato instead of peppers and no cheese once, and mayo when I ordered no sauce another time).
