Just popped into Costa Coffee at the station (dog friendly) on May 7th, and honestly, it was a great little coffee break. Bought a coffee while spending some chill time with my dogs, I went for my favoriteāa flat whiteāand it did not disappoint. Super smooth, rich flavor, just the way I like it. It even gave me that perfect warm hug-in-a-cup feeling I needed after a busy day.
The staff were friendly and quick with my order, which is always a plus when youāre on the go. The vibe in the shop was cozy enough to chill for a bit but also perfect for grabbing your coffee and heading out. I snagged a corner seat, next to the window with the sun gazing in the window, sipped my coffee, and people-watched for a whileāhonestly, not a bad way to pass the time.
All in all, Iād give it a solid 5 stars. Great coffee, good service,ā¦.O and the free cake went down a treat⦠Thanks to...

The soup was stone cold. My wife returned them and asked for the soup to be reheated. They were brought back a few minutes later with an apology. Although they were warm at the surface, they were still cold underneath. On reflection, the time they were giving the hearing process was ridiculously short compared with the normal heating time recommended on a supermarket carton. We didn't complain again, as there was only one staff member at one till serving a long queue and the other till unmanned. We didn't eat the soup. Coffee was hot though. Pity nobody has explained the dangers of not heating...

I explained that I would have to go to my car to get it & the girl said to let Ahmet know when I return so I could get my place back in the queue. When I explained to him what I was doing he immediately said that there was no need to get my card & that he would cover the cost of my coffee & biscuit. What a lovely selfless gesture! I was taken aback & he left, I presume, to get his wallet. At this point I found a Ā£5 note tucked away in my mobile wallet & let Ahmet know. He was happy that I could pay myself. Thank you so much for this very kind gesture.
Also if this isnāt your name, I apologise - but itās not the most important part of...
