Very poor service took 30mins for our meal to be made. I was on my lunch break so wasted alot of my time. The self service ordering machine did not provide us with a receipt and we didnt take note of the order number as we didnt realise we were not being provided with the receipt. They still got our order wrong had to ask for chips for the meal. Staff appeared very disorginsed behind the counter. As i was leaving, I heard who im guessing was the manager arguing with an other costumer, who had the same issue as myself with no receipt trying to defend the fact that there self ordering machines was broken. Stating you didnt need a receipt to know what your order was. When the actual issue was they just like most others, didnt know what the order number was making it difficult to identify which orders were which, becuase kfcs machines were broken and the staff were so disorganised. Staff were then asking customers to read their screens to check what our orders were. However this was diffiuclt as it was quite far away and the writting was small. All the bins inside and outside the restaurant were full. The place felt very unhygienic. More training on customer service, infection control is required. Especially given the covid cases are on the rise again. I also think that the full bins will most likely attract ants and vermin. Why do I keep going back here. Seems if you order from the mobile app you get pushed to the bottom of a long queue. Just eat delivery drivers get dealt with quickly, then drive through, then walk in customers, and online orders being last.
We waited 15 mins after checking in, watching numerous orders taken and completed.
That might be okay if the burger wasn't hard, you just know when they cooked it two hours ago and don't want to bin it. A rustlers microwave burger would have been tastier, certainly not worth the inevitable diorheah you get from kfc.
Old review To echo previous comments this one wasn't even open. I arrived at 19:40 to find the restaurant closed, and no explanation as to why they we're closed early. Just some grumpy looking staff member cleaning the restaurant area who made no attempt to acknowledge my presence.

Orders normally takes 15-20mins, but when busier, the longest I’ve waited for was 45mins, and I lost patience and asked for refunds (by which that’s no longer in their system). Also the drive thru is absolutely pointless, as you’d be stuck in a queue for easily 20-30 mins with no way to turn around. If this can be considered as ‘fast food’ by its speed, then even Nando’s is more qualified than they do.
I’m aware KFC franchises are run terribly across the UK, but this has to be worst of them all. Staffs are complacent enough that even they themselves sit at tables surrounded by rubbish for their own meal. That’s said I’ve never seen tables or floors being cleared here by staffs instead of customers, and the toilet floor is always like an ice rink with not even a ‘caution wet floor’ sign.
So overall I think this place needs to have their franchise agreement terminated, as it’s better for both customers as well as KFC for potential...
