Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

Went for a coffee with my disabled husband walked in very busy a couple got up from a table and walked away sat my husband down and went to counter turned around to find my husband being told to move by the manager telling him that table was taken by a large group he pointed out it was empty when he sat down but still told to move as my husband cannot stand for very long e left I went back and asked the manager for a complaint form he started shouting and told me to leave he was rude and a bully I am 5ft pensioner he was large over 6ft and waving...

The coffee is good. This cafe is much better since they allowed more space between the tables, it was crammed before and not enjoyable. The coffee is very good and hot, today the tables were not cleaned in the 30 minutes we were there.The staff are pleasant and clean, but today they failed to comply with the covid regulations. There were a few coffee/tea stains on the window cill This place sits above a chain store and is a bit restricted in access, especially for wheelchair users. There is a lift which helps. This place has gone down hill...

Nice and clean👌 and staff very friendly. We ordered two Iced Whipped Caramel Lattes, only to be told the equipment that does the whipping wasn't working. This is the 3rd dissapointment in three different Costas in one week. Faulty equipment, card reader not working so cash only and very slow service in another. If the area manager for Scotland/North East reads this, you have work to do !! PS, no hand soap in men's...
