Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

The worst Costa I have ever stepped foot in. Today was probably the worst customer service I have ever received. After arriving into the coffee house, we waited around 10 minutes to be served as we watched the four members of staff do essentially nothing in front of us. The most senior member of staff avoided taking responsibility over her clearly inexperienced coworkers. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating and they managed to forget two of our coffee orders. Although I was upset at the member of staff that had forgotten our coffee order it was clear to us that the lack of guidance from her manager was the root cause of the disorganization. Everyone at the cafe was very lovely. They were friendly, but I could see how much they were struggling to keep up with all the orders. I was sitting the cafe and could see them running around to the window and the line of consistently 3 people. Another thing is I went to use the disabled toilet and closing the door felt near impossible, quite inconsiderate of the less abled. Was informed by a member of staff that this has been a complaint in the past (~a year). The staff are quite fun and energetic despite the over work, maybe management needs to provide a better environment not only for the staff...

Great coffee every time without fail. We usually like to have a sausage bap or a bacon bap as well but this last time we could neither due to them being out if stock. I thought it was only McDonald's that suffered from poor stores replacements so disappointed with Costa. However the sausage roll we had instead was not bad. One thing I have to commend Costa for is their contraption for passing the food to the cars at the drive through. Every drive though should have something similar. We have always found the staff to be friendly and courteous so we have no hesitation recommending a stop here for...
