When I Got In To The KFC In Elgin,Not So Long Ago. I Ordered 8 Pieces Of Original Recipe Chicken,Large Popcorn Chicken And A Large Pepsi Max Cherry,Costing £24.27. (£8.09 Per Item On Average.) The Chicken Was Cooked To Perfection,And The Popcorn Chicken Was Perfect. I Only Drank A Wee Bit Of My Drink,Because I Needed The Toilet. Then At Around Between 18:32 And 18:33,When I Came Back From The Toilet,Some Idiot Decided To Clear My Table,Before I Even Got A Chance To Drink The Rest Of My Pepsi Max Cherry. I Don't Know Why That Idiot Decided To Clear My Table For No Reason. Maybe It Was Probably Because That Idiot Thought I Was Too Overweight To Eat Or Drink Anything,That's Probably Why. I Mean,I Had Never Had Anything Like That Before Happening To Me When I Went Here. I Had No Problems Until Now. I Am Getting Sick Of People Making Me Feel Less Than. The Manager Of KFC Elgin,Please Crack Down On People Emptying Meals/Drinks Into The Bin For No Reason,Please. Because,I Think That Is Totally Unacceptable,I Didn't Do Anything Wrong,Or Discriminated In Any Way,Shape,Form Or Complex. Please Sort It Out. I Will Still Come Back,Don't Worry. But,I Would Recommend,People Who Are Throwing People's Food Away For No Good Reason,An Excuse To Bar The Person Who Did This To Me,From This KFC,And Every Other KFC Store Worldwide. In The End,I Had To Go To McDonald's,Located At Linkwood Place,Near Premier Inn Elgin To Get An Oasis Zero,I Can't Believe That Sick,Twisted,Fat Shaming People Are Making People Waste Their Money On Drinks From Everywhere Else. Please Identify The Person Who Did This. If It Was A Person,Who Doesn't Work At KFC,Bar Them Immediately,Because That Should Be Branded As Anti-Social Behaviour. If It Was A KFC Staff Member Who Works At The Restaurant,Please Come Up With A Disciplinary Procedure To Dish Out Onto Them,Because That Is Unacceptable Behaviour/Customer Service. Normally I wouldn't share a negative review but in this case I feel this is necessary.

I went to the drive through to order food and was met with silence for a long time so decided to drive to the window where the young man serving me was very helpful. They were out of every item I wanted from the menu and offered to substitute sauce in one item which was great. But the manager dealing with the member of staff was absolutely horrible.

They kept shouting at him and saying very aggressively no we don't have that and then not offering any other options at all. After the young man took my order the manager kept shouting, when he asked for help, he treated him terribly, asking why he couldn't do something he hadn't been trained on, and shouting over and over about everything. I understand that fast food can be a stressful environment - I have worked in a similar paced kitchen myself, but to treat your staff like that is a disgrace. It was so uncomfortable for myself to witness and the poor young man serving me looked incredibly deflated as he had his head bit off countless times, for what was a very minor issue. It is horrible to see anyone treated this way and I hope that the management changes as this was apalling and some of the worst treatment of staff I've witnessed in 7 years of working in...

Ordered takeaway here Saturday lunch time. I should have taken the complete lack of customers as a sign. After waiting 10 minutes after i ordered i got my drink. After another 5 minutes I was told there were no mini fillets ready and there would be a 5-10 minute wait. I asked if I could have something else instead, after much discussion between staff I was offered chicken popcorn, I said this was already part of my order. I was offered another small chicken popcorn instead of the mini fillet. I accepted this change. Another 5 minutes later, my burger now Luke warm and my chips the same I was told that there was only 1 corn on the cob available, I had ordered 2! Saturday lunchtime, no mini fillets ready and no corn on the cob! Got my order and left. Settled down to eat it only to discover, no gravy! I had specifically ordered this.
