Domino's Pizza - Coatbridge — Restaurant in Scotland

Called today to order a pizza at 3:37pm the guy that answered the phone was totally incompetant. Ask to pay by card he took my details said everything was fine . Then to my surprise dominos is calling me back at exactly 4:40 pm to tell me my card payment hasn't gone through . I have online banking checked it said dominos took it at 3:37 pm . The guy on the phone is rude and yelling on the phone so I said to him hold on let me just check the receipt for my account and he is telling me no I will tell you how it works . Am like hello sweetie I own a off license you can't tell me how it works . Anyways I paid again was only 12 pounds so I paid 24 pounds for 1 pizza and a coke .this would be the last time I am shopping there . And this balloon head fool telling me to come to store on Monday . The poorest experience, beyond anything you could even imagine. The guy behind the counter at 17:30 clearly hadn't heard of covid or just hand hygiene in general, answering phones, moving between stations, handling money and not washing hands. Further more he was handling cooked food and raw food without wishing hands also. Waited for half an hour after the app had said that the food was ready, it wasn't even in the oven and the guy was just rude about it. Ignored a separate customer who attempted to complain for similar reasons, he just walked off. No communication between any of staff. In the whole time I was there they didn't speak to eachother once. No apologies given, a grunt, pizza handed over and shown the door. This sucked and was a real fail dominos, these guys are trashing...

I placed order for delivery, then received call asking if I wanted to go pick it up as they were short of drivers, I declined that offer and was told I would have to wait 45mins for delivery, over the next 3HOURS I was blatantly lied to by being told every time I called that pizza had left shop, now by my calculation, the pizza had left the shop on 4 different occasions, took three and a half hours to arrive at my home which is a 5 minute drive from shop, very poor service, also diabolical telephone manner, will be contacting customer services, and I urge everyone to think carefully before ordering anything from domino's coatbridge, but if you like to be lied to, eat cold undercooked pizza 3and a half hours after ordering it, dominos coatbridge is the place to call...
