Ice Lab — Restaurant in Scotland

Went to ice lab tonight around 7pm door was locked with the magnetic lock due to the weather which is completely understandable however after trying to open the door for a good minute or so with staff and 1 customer inside staff had seen us but didn't acknowledge us and didn't let us in went back to the car seen another couple arrive and tey the door and they where let in dunno if this was because the staff knew them or not but due to that we decided to just drive off and leave very un happy with the situation since first visiting icelab I have done nothing but rave about the place to friends and work colleagues but after tonight definitely won't...

Placed an order on the app which was accepted at 8:01 and was told would be ready for 8:40. On arrival, spoke with one of the workers who said it wouldn’t be long. We waited until 9 o’clock before asking where our order was as it was placed an hour ago. I then seen the confused staff dealing with our ticket and only beginning to make our order which we then received at 10 past 9. Poor experience.

the best desert place in Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire. very reasonably priced, for his milkshakes and ice cream sundaes. The decor when you walk in is fantastic. the staff are super friendly. and you will get finishing touches on everything that you won’t find anywhere else got the pleasure of meeting the owner today and what a lovely man. Thanks John for trusting me to come back with the money. as I forgot my bankcard and he couldn’t see me and my daughter without our milkshakes.
