Dragon Way Prestonpans — Restaurant in Scotland

We ordered at 6pm and our food finally arrived at 8:30pm even though the restaurant is only 10 minutes down the road. We never got a 'sorry it's late' or 'hope you have a good evening' just handed us the food and left. Our rice wasn't in our order and they wouldn't deliver it or give us our money back for the rice. The food was decent, slightly cold by the time it got to us and i wouldn't say it's worth the wait. If you want your food for 5pm, order at 2pm and maybe you'll be lucky to get it by 5, only maybe. But there is no guarantee you will get all your food, so maybe order at 1pm and then it will be ready for 5pm and they won't forget anything. Oh wait, if you want it delivered to your place, maybe order at lunchtime or midday so it will be there by 5pm.

Two and half hours for delivery on a Tuesday night which was meant to be between 30-40 mins, bit of a difference I think! I asked for updates twice and each time it was put back a further 40 mins. Ordered Singapore noodles with no prawns due to a family members allergy and was completely ignored as the dish had prawns in it. Thankfully I noticed when I was dishing the food out. Chips were cold and soggy and the rice was over cooked. It did come in a nice box, just a shame the food was rubbish and no regards for allergy sufferers. Would not recommend even if...

40 min late after an hours wait to begin with, phoned shop said it was on it's way 20min after that the driver phones to ask if I was going to be in considering I've been in all day,he said he going to another drop off then coming back to me, eh naw that would be an hour on top off the original time to get soggy chips and luke warm chicken, and he went to a different number,not my fault the shop didn't put right number on order, another customer they've lost, and driver very rude on phone...
