Glenhead Tavern — Restaurant in Scotland

Popped in here for a quick lunch between Christmas and New Year, there was only another couple of tables in so was quiet but still a nice atmosphere all the same with some music on. We ordered a chicken and bacon mayo baked potato, loaded hunters fries and mac and cheese. The food was lovely, arrived piping hot and they certainly didn't skimp on the toppings & Cheese. I am only reviewing the lounge because that is where I like to drink. The layout is very good and it has that little bit of charm about it.

The staff are fantastic and you can get a right good conversation with them.

The drink is rightly priced.

The food is also fantastic.

Live entertainment on occasion.

Tv's to watch the sport.

Sound system is very good.

The regular punters are also very friendly.

Popped in with 3 friends for lunch today and we're all so glad we did. The Food was Excellent with great happy and efficient service from everyone.
