Kilbowie Café — Restaurant in Scotland

I have been going to the cafe for a few years and even though the food has been adequate, the service has been quite insufficient. Their treatment of students has been at times quite harsh in which they usually publically shame you infront on eveyone as they know they won't be confronted. This for me is bullying antics. They also know that they are guaranteed customers as there is not many food facilities around the school so they can treat you whatever they feel like. I did not not bother with this until today where a fellow student faked putting juice into a finished box of chips. He should not have done this but the woman pulls him up publicly and embarrasses him. He did not get a chance of defending himself. His friends naturally slagged him in which, for that, they get removed where one questioned why and he got told to never come back. Another fellow student and I was sitting at the table next to them where he got threatened to get physically thrown out by a customer(50 year old man threatening a 16 year old due to assuming he is part of the crowd right in front of the staff. Terrible customer service. After waiting 25 minutes for 2 rolls & sausage with onions and 5/6 customers coming in and out after me and away with bags of food was still left standing. After asking what’s happening with my order they said we are busy which i understand but when others come in after you and away again and they charge you for your order then coz you confront them about your 2 rolls and sausage you have paid and waited for they say you have been cheeky to the staff and don’t give you the rolls you have paid for. Disgusting behaviour and customer service skills. Shame on you all if that’s the way you treat...

Had the KC steak sandwich with came with a side of fries and your choice of dipping sauce: it was pretty good. The steak slices inside were cooked just fine, the fries were okay but could be better and the dipping sauce was kind of nice; I chose peppercorn.
