Honestly didn't think by looking at the pub on the outside it was going to be that great. How wrong could I be. From the moment I walked in I could feel the good vibes. Was sent an option out letter that I read wrong and tried to contact them but was too late got signed off in middle of getting help. Tried to speak with the receptionist who is by far the worst person I've ever came across dealing with people with mental health issues. I was spoke to and treated like rubbish. Hung up on for asking how long my new referral will take. Finally got to speak with a member of staff who managed to sort everything so thank you Craig. Theres usually good deals on the food, even if there isn't, the prices are still really reasonable and the food is delicious. There's a seperate seating area for eating.

When I've been for drinks the drink area does seem a bit sad and lifeless, that being said, its still the nicest pub in the area. Prices for the drinks are decent and the person behind the bar is always cheery and very quick to remember drink orders.
