Greggs Outlet — Restaurant in Scotland

This shop is a DISGRACE i went in yesterday and as per usual after 2pm no honey roast salad baguettes! So bought one of the smaller softer rolls the ones which have honey roast ham and egg salad in them and roll wasn't even buttered!! Recently bought a baguette and the baguette had not been baked it was pure white raw. When they are out of your choice of roll and you ask them to make you one up the look on their faces..... they are LAZY LAZY LAZY they just want to stand about chatting to each other, god forbid they actually have to do a bit of work. A few weeks ago I asked them to make me up a salad roll and they told me ALL ingredients were out of stock .....nothing but a pack of lies. There are "some" good staff who will make you up rolls no problem but the majority are just too lazy! When they stack the shelves with bottles of juice they put the new stock (which is warm) TO THE FRONT so the end result is that you can never get a cold drink unless you start digging through them to get to the back. The staff should be revolving them so that the most recent stock updates are put to the back.The most inefficient of ALL the greggs branches and despite complaining to their head office nothing ever changes. GO ELSEWHERE FOLKS. Dumbarton football ground now do rolls between 10-12am for £2 each and are excellent. Ordered from just eat for it to come up saying it isn’t coming untill tomorrow. Phoned the shop when a rude man kept saying they hadn’t had a just eat order for hours! Told him I had literally just placed one but he kept repeating they hadn’t had one for hours. Spoke to manager who was nice but unable to help which meant waiting on a refund with no food....

Customer service is fast and good had to cheer up the staff member on the till as she seemed unhappy but working a weekend as is 2 sausage rolls and a choc eclair with a pineapple cake(tart) still hits the spot I didn't get my usual huff of disapproval when asking for a receipt.... one of...
