Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

Often pop into greggs for a decaf mocha / latte or hot choccy and today was no different. Went in, grabbed something for breakfast & lunch and a lovely large decaf mocha. It’s a clean store, those who work there are so lovely, always greet you with a smile and helpful if you ask about any of the items available. It’s a lovely atmosphere & they always let you know if a deal is on to save you pennies. The food is lovely and everything is priced really well. I’d highly recommend the spicy bbq chicken bites and cheese bites…...

No hot food an hour before closing. Apparently no baguettes either? For a bakery to not have any baguettes or hot food an hour before closing is absolutely shocking, and it’s not the first time I’ve experienced this. Hardly any food out or made up, doesn’t state anywhere that greggs don’t sell hot food an hour before closing, pure laziness from the staff. A shop should sell everything it says it sells right up until closing not an hour before. Get it sorted sick of walking all the way down there for there to be no hot...

That staff need training in hospitality, well one certainly dose. No chit chat, nothing. Obviously doesn't listen, and doesn't know the difference between Tomato or brown sauce. 🙄. No apology nothing....
