Having paid a Visit to this Shop today at approximately 12.15 to Say I am Totally Unhappy with the Service of One of your Employees ( Angie ) is an Understatement, I Said to her what I would like and all she kept saying was Anything Else and I had said that was Everything I wanted other than the dips / sauce’s to which she replied ….I’LL GET THEM ONCE I HAVE GOT EVERYTHING ELSE , To which I replied that’s all I want other than a Carrier to which she presented me with by Saying … THERE YOU GO , I found her to be down right Ignorant & Arrogant and I think Management should be taking her aside and having a Word With Her , As far as Greggs as a Company is Concerned I personally think they should be Spending Money on Customer Service rather than thinking about Profit and See how much they can get out of Customers as I still never heard a PLEASE OR THANK YOU Coming out of Angie’s Mouth .
