After walking back in to pick up my tea which I had to wait for I asked for cutlery and was informed it was 30p. I had no money or card on me as I had returned to my car to wait 20minutes for the food which I told the staff member who then offered no help and wasnt interested. I find this insulting having to ask for cutlery and then being asked to pay for it! All the while our meals are getting cooler. Why didn't they ask me if I needed cutlery when placing my order? Nothing was too much trouble and in no time at all two tables were joined together to accommodate us. The food and drinks were brought to us in record time and thoroughly enjoyed by all.
