Subject: Disappointing Experience at Greggs

I visited your store today with two colleagues and had a disappointing experience. After purchasing a vegan sausage roll and Ribena, I informed the cashier that it was takeaway. However, when I turned to talk to my friend, the cashier, who was also the manager, Caroline, started shouting at me, saying it was takeaway.

Incident Details Purchase: I bought a vegan sausage roll and Ribena, specifying it was takeaway. Confrontation: The cashier/manager shouted at me, and I asked to speak to the manager, only to find out it was the same person. Previous Resolution Attempt: I contacted your customer service line, and they offered a £10 goodwill gesture.

Request While I appreciate the gesture, I'm not seeking compensation. Instead, I'd like Caroline, the manager, to apologize for the way I was treated. I'm concerned that the behavior may have been influenced by my skin color.

Conclusion I hope you'll take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to ensure all customers are treated...

Just eat messed up my order twice and, specifically Carol from, gregs put in loads of effort to try get it my way. They made many attempts and, even although just eat didnt show up to complete the order, gregs suggested I come and pick it up if possible. When I went to collect it, they had put a new pizza in to make sure I had a warm meal and gifted me, generously, a packet of 4 caramel short breads to apologise for the mistake just eat had made involving their restaurant. They were very apologetic and generous even although the problem was to no fault of their own. So the future tip for this situation is...order from this gregs but just order it on...

Staff are great Always look after you Ran out of large cups over a month backso I was persuaded to buy re-usable cups You will get 20p off each time you use them But its only if you buy a separate coffee cos you either are buying a coffee and roll deal or hot drink and savoury deal so you dont get any discount for having re-cyclable cups Also not able to buy a buttered scone anymore as shop deemed a take away store and not a bakery

PS The wording is coming off from both cups already but I was told I was lucky as I should see some...
