Bake N Butty — Restaurant in Scotland

My missus, Ashley, orders from here all the time through JustEat. I've tried The Tower Burger, Breakfast Wrap, Panini, Pasta Pots and a breakfast. Everything has been superb that I've had. It comes roasting hot and you can tell instantly that everything is fresh. The staff here must enjoy their work because nothing is ever just 'thrown together'. It always arrives presentable and they are not shy when it comes to packing things out and giving big portions. They also read delivery notes and always put my young son's links on bread instead of a roll without hesitation. That shows they value customers and have pride in what they do. I am a very fussy eater. This was the first time I used this take away. I was delighted. We used Uber Eats for delivery on a Saturday morning which too just over 30 mins which was excellent from Hillhouse to EK. I ordered a roll and bacon, large breakfast, toasted cheese panini and chicken tikka panini and 2 cakes (not all for me). We ate it all and It was delicious. I would highly recommend. Ordered before 11am kids breakfasts. Said 45 minutes delivery. Called after an hour and was told it was out for delivery. Nothing came..called after 2 hours and was told food was being prepared.....two hours later. Understand businesses can be busy but that's ridiculous. Seems there are a few reviews similar with negative responses from the business. Maybe stop taking fresh orders, keep customers updated and don't...
