We got to gregs everyday(mum has dementia, and only place she likes)..for maybe the past 2 months,place seems bit run down..tables,floors,bins all need cleaned/emptied,but the big thing is,there's very rarely southern fried strips ready or even any in the oven..today for example 22 July,2025..none ready for over 20 mins I was told again..ps,only thing mum eats or I'd...

Great 1st visit to the new Greggs inside Sainsbury’s. Quick, pleasant service. The manager was really accommodating when I had a query, she looked after us really well. Will definitely visit again, it was a nice friendly atmosphere sit and have a coffee & cake and a catch up...
