If I could rate the service a 10 I would! Lovely people who definitely know their customers, I'm a usual customer and always order the same, today I was feeling unwell so decided to pass on breakfast but just ordered for the kids, when I got my order it had my bacon roll (how sweet) so after having my roll I actually feel loads better, Lovely wee message too definitely makes your day, 10/10...

Terrible customer service. Staff rude and cheekily snapping at customers. Too busy having conversation among themselves to listen to customers, then blaming customer for the fact that they misheard. Maybe if they paid attention to those providing custom and kept their conversations for after their customers have been seen to then this wouldn’t happen. Will...
