AVOID this place with all costs save your money ordered a meal tonight for family of 4 salt and chilli chicken balls, normal chicken balls , breast of chicken curry and fried rice 🤮 beef fried rice 🤮 as we have ordered this on just eat and paid cash nothing can be done their side apart from contacting the restaurant that I did tonight and never spoken to anyone as rude on the phone ever I hardly complain as it is but the beef fried rice had more egg than rice an parts of the beef was cold same as the chicken only half decent thing was the chicken balls but them as a restaurant wasn’t willing to refund this only replace the meal free of charge eh no thanks my family has hardly eaten any of it cause it was disgusting and would never trust this place I went to the takeaway to speak to the manager and confronted with a person who couldn’t have been any more rude not one apology and her attitude was why do I need to apologise customers always right and she laughed at me but also offered to replace the meal no thanks the place inside is definitely not trading standards approved and if they are I’m disappointed because the walls and counter is disgusting the place stinks never again happy house and welcome trading standards when...

First time using these guys today. Ordered via Uber eats and delivery time was estimated as 45 mins to an hour. We called after an hour and a half and were told they were very busy and apologised for the delay. We called after another half an hour and we're told it would be another 15 minutes. We voiced our unhappiness at this point and they weren't really that helpful and refused our request for a discount or credit on a future order.

In total we waited for 2hrs 40 minutes for our food, and when it came the food was lukewarm. Mine was ok (sesame shredded chicken) but my partner wasn't best pleased with her sweet and sour.

Don't listen to any of the negative reviews. We've been using Happy House for years and they are consistently good with food quality and delivery times even on busy weekend periods.

People forget how hard these business actually work and how difficult it is to maintain high levels of service. There is no such thing as a perfect service particularly when it comes to Chinese takeaway and delivery. There are some truly dreadful ones in the same vicinity. Happy House are very good...
