Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

This is the slowest serving Gregg's in Scotland. Stood in line to be served for 10 mins an when I asked if anyone could served the crabbit face blond server said she was busy. There are 3 people in the shop with 1 person serving. 1 hides in back 1 pretends to be busy whilst 1 serves. This is no way to run a busy shop. If I owned this shop I would be looking for happier friendlier staff. The small girl with the glasses is nice and is always serving the other 2 dont seem to enjoy work or serving people. Was in there yesterday, seems most of the staff are adhering to Covid recommendations with face coverings etc. Except the server behind the till using her mask as a chin warmer. She shouted over the partition ‘Only 3 customers allowed in the shop’, spittle going all over the touch screen till. Then she uses her fingers on the till then prepares customers food. 8:05am qué was too the front door. One person serving, two customers Infront of me got fed up waiting and walked out. And when I got nearer to the front I seen the PRICES!!! & Walked out. £2.50 for a steak bake?? Really your not a motor way services. It's a disgraceful price hike. 50P per slice.
