Starbucks — Restaurant in Scotland

Don’t know what’s happened to this place REALLY gone downhill and older staff seem to have been replaced by bored and disinterested staff !

Have been here several times but actually will now be bypassing this to go to the Drumchapel Drive Thru.

Staff NEVER repeat your order back to you at order board inevitably resulting in the wrong order (which has happened to me three times since store opened )

Went round Drive Thru on Thursday ,blonde lady standing at order window playing with her hair and running her hands through it like a brush !!

Sat watching her for several minutes while I sat queuing , absolutely NO greeting ,no please or thank you ,no smile exactly like the rest of the staff of late I’ve noticed .

When my drink was ready the same hands that had been playing with her hair were used to secure the lid !! On top of that On passing out the drink to us her hands were absolutely filthy !! It was either dirt or dye or old fake tan in patches !

There were three of us in the car who noticed this and promptly stopped at the refuse bin in the car park and binned all three drinks rather than go back round and make a fuss ! (Stupidly ) UPDATE yet again given the wrong order even AFTER asking her to repeat my order back to me !!! Instead of a vegan breakfast burger ? I have been a loyal customer of Starbucks for years, enjoying their lattes and espressos as part of my morning routine. However, I was very disappointed by the quality and service of this particular branch. The coffee here is inconsistent, often tasting awful, burnt, or acidic. The prices here are also higher than other Starbucks locations for no apparent reason. The reward system is frequently malfunctioning, making it difficult to collect points or redeem free drinks. The staff are unprofessional, clueless, and sometimes even rude. This branch has tarnished the reputation of a brand that I used to love. Costa across the street is much better in terms of quality, service, and price. I would avoid this Starbucks at all costs and if you need a coffee, go to Costa or use the Starbucks machine at the Esso petrol station, which makes better coffee than...

Kicked us out for being “low on staff” with 3 people working on a quiet Sunday. Told us to order at the drive through instead because thats makes all the difference. Took ages to contact us on the speaker so we assumed it was broke, as we approached the window the refused to serve us as the speaker was in fact not broken they were just so slow at taking orders. Told us we had to rejoin the queue instead so we went over the road to Costa where they made out coffee in 3 minutes with 4 members of staff and they were far more busier.
