Legends Sports Bar & Bistro — Restaurant in Scotland

Went here for the first time ever on Saturday (5th June).My Nephew had booked Legends as a treat/surprise as he knew I'd always wanted to try it.What a disapointment it turned out to be.We had a table booked for 4 o'clock for food and drinks.We got there around 15 minutes early.The server took a drink order from us,then explained that she would get the food order around 4 o'clock as that is when the booking was for.We said "that was fine",and said that we'd sit outside.Around 20 minutes later,we still had no drink order or food order taken.We decided to leave.On the way out I asked a woman with blonde hair behind the bar if she could let our "server"(who was also behind the bar) that I wanted to speak to her.I explained it was my first time trying Legends.When I asked "what happened to our drinks,after waiting all this time".The server said nothing and looked quite indifferent to the situation as a whole.The blonde woman apologised and said they had a communion in and that they were busy.She said she "could get me a drink just now"?After witnessing the servers lack of interest,I refused and told them that I wouldn't be back.As far as I can see.Everywhere is busy as the tier system has changed?Maybe more staff should've...
