Loco's burgers — Restaurant in Scotland

I visited Loco's Burgers yesterday, and the only surprise I got was it's just takeaway, no dining in! 😔 But nonetheless, it was worth it! 🤤

It's HALAL!!!

The ambience of the restaurant was very delightful, the staff was very friendly with all smiling faces and the food, it was just amazing.

I had the Mozzarella Sticks for starters, followed with a Treble Burger meal and also a cheese burger double patty.

Now let me tell you about the Mozzarella Sticks, the cheese was melting away while I took a bite, and that's how it should be! Tasted amazing with the Garlic Sauce.

The treble burger literally weighed around 1-2 pounds, I'm not even joking, that's how heavy it was. When I looked at it first, I knew I wouldn't be able to finish it, but the first bite just pushed me towards devouring it completely.

The first bite was just heavenly, and it got better after every bite. One thing I would like to suggest, if they can add just a little more smokiness to the patty, because I did taste the smokiness, but just slightly, I could taste the sauce more than the patty. If they can finesse the smokiness, I would never go anywhere else ever. And the sauce, Oh My Gawdddd, it was fabulous. It was going everywhere and that's how a burger should be. If you don't use at least 2-3 napkins when you eat a burger, you have wasted your money.

The size of the burger was just amazing, the size of the treble burger is not to be joked around about.

Now, coming to the fries, the portion is soooooo big, I still have them with me at home and will probably eat them during lunch, but it was just too much!!! That's how generous they are with their portions.

I would definitely recommend the place...

This is a take away only spot but so worth it!! I've tasted a few really good burgers but these were something special. I got the cheeseburger, husband got the Treble which is I think 3 patties. I will say the patties are sort of thin, so I probably should have added a patty to mine, but it was really good!! I don't like pickles so I just asked for no gerhkins and both burgers were amazing. They have some sauce that tastes unique in a good way and makes the burger juicy without being a complete mess. The fries and onion rings were pretty decent too. I asked for ketchup on the side and the employee also served me a few other different sauces they have. Also, the containers for the sauces just make sense, more places should use those. The sauces were all interesting and yummy. The employee was kind and the inside is small but cute while you wait. My only recommendation would be to add more chairs for people waiting. There was only one chair and it was tall and wobbly. We had been walking all day for almost two weeks so more comfy chairs would be nice :) Overall, very pleased. Wish there was delivery to...

Found Loco’s completely by chance while looking for a new burger place to try after getting fed up with all of the usual suspects in the East End.

Food is really great with proper Angus beef patties, freshly made fries and sides.

Staff are really friendly and enthusiastic about what they’re doing which is always lovely. Nothing worse than a fancy shop where the staff and owner look like they’re phoning it in.
