These two rolls n bacon from Liz Macgregors in Aberfoyle were truly exceptional. The rolls were freshly baked and had a perfect texture, combining chewiness with fluffiness. The bacon was cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and juicy interior. The level of care and attention put into making these rolls was evident in their taste. In addition, the portion size was generous. Each roll contained two thick slices of bacon, complemented by tomato sauce. It was a feast for the senses, and despite the large portion, the taste was so good that I managed to finish both rolls. Overall, I would rate these rolls n bacon a perfect 10 out of 10. If you ever find yourself in Aberfoyle, I highly recommend seeking out these rolls - they are truly worth trying.

We were walking down the high street looking for a a breakfast/brunch with the kids. We had checked the pub and some other places but decided on this one. It had a bit of everything we were looking for and the cakes looked absolutely delicious. We sat down and were greeted by a very friendly server who advised us that we should sit down and he would come over to get our order. The menu was great and gave a superb selection of toasters, sandwiches, full English and of course cakes. All cakes are made on the premise and you can taste it. They are fresh, delicious and very tempting. The scones are to die for and above all else the prices are very good.

Had a nice lunch at Liz Macgregors in Aberfoyle. I ordered the fish and chips. The food was delicious and tasty with generous portion. There were plenty of indoor seatings and some outside the restaurant as well. They also have delicious treats and cakes. The restaurant was clean and the staff members were helpful and friendly.

Speedy service from helpful courteous staff. Wide selection of sandwiches, cakes, meals and drinks on offer. Handy place right on the roadside with outside seating for those diners who wish to smoke. Plenty seating inside to accommodate crowds during busy times. I had a coffee on my first visit which was not strong enough. Next day on my second visit I asked for a double shot, no problem and it certainly hit the spot. Aberfoyle and the surrounding area is a great place to visit anytime of year. The area offers hiking, low level and upland walks and cycling MTB and road distance. The scenery is great especially around the lochs and there is plenty of local interest for casual visitors. Walks and trails abound, just visit the TI centre for some...

Worst food experience of my life. Me and my boyfriend eat out regularly but this will forever stick out as the worst place we have visited. The staff were so rude and unfriendly. The owner looked miserable and annoyed the whole time and despite both our best efforts she could not crack a smile. The place was very unclean, all tables were dirty so we were sat at the only clean table next to toilet. Every time someone walked past (which was constantly because the toilet and til were behind us) the table would violently shake. Literally felt like an earthquake every time someone moved past us. The food was horrible and extremely overpriced- £10.95 for a couple of bits of scampi and chips!...
