Generally happy with the food as we order from Mario's regularly however we were surprised to see the chicken burgers were ridiculously small and tasted rubbery. When we called to complain we were told its a supplier issue. We suggested the chef use two patties to make up for the tiny burger but the manager wasn't interested and wouldn't take any responsibility for the mess of a burger they sold. Charging customers full price for something so small and being aware of it is pretty poor practice and when you look for a resolution and the manager doesn't see it as his problem it shows you the value they have for their loyal customers. Won't be back.. The response from the manager to the feedback tells you everything you need to know. And the answer to your silly supermarket comment is, if I walk into a grocery store and buy something i expect to get the full item I bought and not a third of it! If you have a supplier problem deal with it or remove the item from your menu until its resolved. Taking the mickey out of your customers and being cheeky about it is a true sign of great...

I ordered carbonara and it was ok.....its been a lot better from here before.....even if this wasn't as good as most times....I would still get again....as this may be a 1 off. I visit this chip shop regularly, usually for a take away on a Friday night on my way home from work. I haven't had a chip shop since early March. Tonight when I ordered, the website said it would take 45-60 minutes for delivery. To my delight it appeared within 20 minutes. The garlic mushrooms I ordered were delicious. I also ordered the special pasta, which was spaghetti, chilli, basil and prawns. I honestly can not tell you how much I enjoyed it, 10/10 Mario's. For the record, I would have been happy to wait for an hour for food that good, for those who complain about having to wait, be kind, the staff are doing a great job staying open for us.Thank...
