Dear general Manager Daniel,
I would like to inform you of the weak customer service we encountered early Saturday morning (2am)
First, when we approached the ordering speaker, a man named Solen asked us to wait a moment. Well a few “moments” later another car arrives at the other ordering speaker. Solen then proceeded to take the other cars order before ours. How rude! Considering we were patient enough to wait. We expressed our disappointment in the service, to which we were told “ I’m between the window and the kitchen”. Not only am I disgusted by a kitchen employee now taking cash at a window and moving back and forth, but he didn’t even provide us with customer service that would have d-escalated the situation. Instead he got our order wrong. (Asking what to drink for one of our pops, then not even putting it on the bill) Not to mention, your store had run out of gravy for poutine.
Once we arrived at the window, Winnie was obviously overwhelmed. She took our money and was helpful in providing us with names. When we asked where the second drink was, her reply was “I only have you down for one drink” I don’t see how an employee getting our order wrong has anything to do with us at this point. We explained that we had ordered 2 meals. She reluctantly gave us our 2nd pop. I asked for the receipt. That was not in the bag, because I wanted to be able to provide you with any information you may need in regards to our awful experience.
I’m sure that the amount of customers were more then the staff could handle. But a lane should have been closed off and a manager should have been helping...
Read morePut an order on McDonald's app which after waiting nearly 2 hrs uber cancelled. Took it upon myself to just go and collect the food as the money had already left my account. Once i got there i was met with a "representative" of McDonald's telling me that they do not care iver cancelled they were not going to get my food ( that was paid for) instead insisting i may as well sleep there as i still wasnt getting my food. Proceeding to then close the window on my face. I went in and face to face i asked how i can get my food. Apparently i needed my order number on my app which i couldn't find so asked her to tell me where i could find this and instead of helping me i was met with again even more attitude. I asked to speak to her manager to which she told me no i kept asking until eventually she got her. Manager sorted my issue however it shouldn't have got to that level. Read morewas here last night and there was 4 teens (2boys 2 girls) who had paid for their food and were waiting at a table. they were sitting calmly and having a conversation when the security guard approached and asked them to leave as it was “family time” (6pm). the boys explained that they were waiting for their food but the security guard kept telling them to leave. after the teens were trying to say they’ll leave after they eat the security wrapped his arms around the boys dragging them off the high seat and throwing them out which was totally uncalled for as they were just sitting. about 10 mins later the mum showed up and rightfully stuck up for the kids. the manager and security were trying to explain that because of “antisocial” behaviour earlier children had to be accompanied by adult. if this was the case there should have been a sign on the door!!!! totally unacceptable to grab 14 year olds after they were waiting for...
