I had a disappointing experience ordering from Pepe’s Piri Piri in Falkirk over the phone. The staff member who took my call was, unfortunately, very ill-mannered and seemed inattentive. I had to repeat my order three times, and even then, she struggled to understand it. If someone isn’t able to follow phone orders effectively, they shouldn’t be assigned to handle them. This lack of basic communication skills made the process frustrating and time-consuming. While I’ve had decent food from Pepe’s before, this interaction left a poor impression.
