I don't think I've ever had a better stuff crust pizza it was great. Waited 6 hours for food. Left on hold for 10 minutes. Rude on the phone. Phoned twice to make sure I was actually getting a delivery with the last time being told that they were closed luckily they managed to send out some food so I didn't have to wait 3-5 days for a refund as they took the money out my account instantly. Paid £4 for cheese and garlic bread got what seemed like slightly burnt Tesco cheap garlic slices with a bit cheese on top. Actually felt like I was being punished because I dared to phone up and question if my food was coming 4 hours into a 45 minute expected delivery the attitude was just...

Was in today 26th of December and ordered a pizza guy came in after me and ordered a pizza i had been in the shop maybe 20 mins in the guy that came after me got his pizza first so I asked why this had happened and the guy that’s the owner cause he told me this went off his head threatened me and everything asked me out the back door the lot total disgrace to the pia name in my opinion all because I asked a question. Swearing at me also the shop was fairly busy at the time total disgrace the was he spoke to me. I understand they were busy but not an excuse for someone to get their pizza before me wont be back...

We ordered 5, 16 inch pizzas for a birthday party. The pizzas arrived piping hot and they were soo good! Talk about a quality pizza! They were loaded, huge slices of quality cheese, pepperoni and sauce. Such a good value. Pia's was very accommodating and helpful and even had said up front they'd be more than happy to amend my order as needed. Traffic had set the party back 30 minutes and I needed one more plain cheese and they were quick and happy to adjust for us. My son's birthday went so smoothly and we're glad we went with Pia's to be a part of it. Now if only we lived closer to order from them more often!...
