Visited Ronzo for the first time and we're seated promptly, first at the window which was spacious enough but were then given a table as soon as one became available. We were served quickly and the food and drinks were excellent. The "Ronzio Stack" was lovely and they altered it to my own picky taste! The sugo really added something different and the Halloumi plate was apparently very nice as well. The servers were polite and we left full to the brim and happy - couldn't pick a better place for a lunch spot in the area.

First visit here for breakfast last Thursday. The place was so lovely inside and very quirky. The staff are lovely and very friendly. We had a lovely seat by the window. The food was absolutely amazing I had the salmon and scrambled eggs on sourdough and my brothers was a breakfast snack (I can't remember the full name) he loved his too. We will definitely be returning. I have been to the one in Glasgows Westend although it was lovely too, I found this one slightly better.

Wasn’t sure what to expect from the outside but inside it’s real nice and a breath of fresh air compared to the canteen-like other places nearby. The meatball ciabatta was tasty (but will hold the mayo next time) however sadly the iced latte was really bad and had some chemical foam that wouldn’t mix with the coffee so next time will ask for simply espresso, milk and ice. The bean roasting machine looked interesting would be nice to visit when it’s turned on.

As a regular of Ronzio and a vegan, it's always really disappointing at how basic the only one vegan option is. For around £8, the size of the vegan breakfast is shocking. Tiny portion of beans, 2 small sausages and a few bits of salad. The toast comes dry unless you ask for butter, which isn't vegan. Who wants dry toast.... Flora are now 100% vegan so it would very easy to get some of this in.

I just think with the amount of competition now, esp when it comes to new cafes and restaurants opening all the time, establishments MUST keep on top of a varied menu. Having 1 vegan option, which as mentioned is pretty pathetic for the price, its ridiculous. I just think you're really limiting your customers with the basic menu. Hamilton is sadly a dying town centre, businesses are failing and closing constantly, if you don't keep up, you will also have issues.

Listen the staff are lovely, they always are, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars, but please please improve your...

My friend & myself were in RONZIO for late lunch . Ordered two soups which the soup was 10 out of 10 proper home made tomatoe soup & Beautifull tasting bread . We ordered toasted steak Ciabati which was slightly overdone & dry . Two waters and we did say that we would have two mugs of tea after the food . The tea never arrived at table . One of the waitresses approached the table and placed a slice of RockyRoad cake down and proceeded to say ladies enjoy . We were both taken a back as this was never ordered . My friend said it must be complimentary therefore she went ahead and enjoyed it . Shocked when bill £29 was put on table to see she was charged for the cake & still no tea at this point . Friend left a message in receipt to make clear that it was wrong to charge for a cake we didn't order . Friend left coffee shop very unhappy & shocked and want to make a scene to embarrass anyone . Needless to say she won't be back and enjoyed her mug of tea when...

Had been to Ronzio a couple of times before & had friendly staff etc Went today, I got what I thought was regular cheesecake (there was absolutely nothing indicating otherwise) until I ate a bit & it simply tasted odd. I very nicely & apologetically asked the girl behind the counter if i could change it. Got a hard stare & asked what was wrong with it, i said I wasnt sure why but i thought it was cheesecake, but that it clearkt wasnt. Was very matter-of-factly informed it was vegan (as though this was my stupidity for not knowing) I asked if they were all vegan (again, absolutely nothing to point this out) she said no & I picked something else with poppy seeds in it. She asked me in the most patronising manner she could manage "Are you sure you'll be ok, trying something a bit different like that?" Obviously mortally offended I hadn't liked vegan cheesecake. Felt completely awkward & won't be back...nor would I...
