Jilts Bar — Restaurant in Scotland

Jilts, Hamilton Worst place I have ever visited in my entire life. Never knew places like this existed. The waitresses inappropriately flash the customers and then laugh and pretend like they never. Flashing pensioners and chuckling. They even flash toddlers. And steal there milk bottles and tease them with it from a distance. Walking past tables and farting then flicking their head back and letting out a roaring laughter of satisfaction. Playing blink first with the new customers. One of them at one point just walked straight up to our table and just stood there silently staring with a hostile look on her face for 10 solid minutes without blinking once. We didn't know what to do or where to look. We felt very uneasy. At one point I considered rolling over and playing dead. They get things constantly completely mixed up too. One walked over to an old lady sitting opposite a baby and slammed down a pint of beer on the table next to the baby and then tried to force the old lady in to a highchair completely against her will. You can't miss them at the entrance to the kitchen visibly comparing breast sizes and twerking. They give customers a full body search as they walk in the front door. The customers are confused, disoriented and dont know whats hit them. I saw an old lady walk in and have her false teeth snatched right from her mouth and gestured toward her seat and told "sit on it!!" Another one was told "sit down and shut up!" One customer was just chased to her seat. The whole place has a stench of farts compliments of the waitresses. Its beyond ridiculous. Whilst they were occupied comparing breast sizes and twerking at the kitchen entrance we crawled along under the tables and sneaked out of the back door unnoticed.Thankfully we got away. We left a big tip though, just in case they came looking for us!...

My wife and I had been patrons of Jilts for some years and had been very good to excellent. Lately the food has been terrible. We ordered the lasagna and my wife found plastic in it. Just the other day we ordered the chicken with pepper sauce and it was beyond distrusting. the chicken seemed to be cooked in the microwave. The chicken had both bone, and chicken fat attached. It was tough and couldn't even cut it with our knifes. I would not have even fed it to my dog. I complained to the wait staff who took it back to the kitchen. When she came out she said she was confused because people had been ordering it all day and did not complain as she handed us the full bill. I was so upset by this I just paid it and left. Like I said I loved Jilts before these two very bad experiences. I highly recommend eating somewhere else and avoid Jilts at all...

Will never eat here again due to how rude the staff are , me and a few friends went in with our toddlers and were told we weren’t aloud in because we all had out toddlers in buggy’s and they didn’t want the buggy’s in , then my mum and her friend went in and the staff were extremely rude to them because they didn’t want them to pay separately they gave my mum her receipt and basically stated she had to work out how much the both of there orders came to (not in a very pleasant way) , they walk around the place absolutely miserable lighten up a...
