🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I love this wee place, it’s a wee gem in Paisley West End! Ive been coming here for years & years and swear by this place! It has so many breakfast and lunch options so it has something for everyone! You can sit in or takeaway or order on the PaisleyEats App.

The café inside is lovely and cosy and the staff are super friendly! Nothing is a bother and the staff make you feel right at home.

Their homemade coleslaw—it’s an absolute game-changer and is a firm favorite within my work place.. so much so we pop in for tubs of it before our shift! :)

The cakes are nothing short of AMAZING! So many homemade cakes to choose from! You can also pre order cakes for special occasions and they also make large caramel shortcake numbers for birthdays,giant empire biscuits etc (My personal favs are the caramel shortcake & old school sponge cake!😍)

Sunday roasts are available to order. How amazing is that?

Catering can be booked for funerals, birthdays & events! Sandwiches,  sausage rolls , scones , pancakes, cakes etc

Afternoon tea boxes can be ordered too!!☺️

If you love a wee tea or coffee, cakes, breakfast & lunches this place won’t and doesn’t disappoint!

Cannot recommend this place...

I had to find a place to stop for breakfast on my way through Glasgow area before heading to Edinburgh in the morning. Skirlies came up as being open early enough (an unusual thing) and as having great reviews.

My first impression when I walked in was of the owner/manager on her phone. But she immediately looked up and welcomed me, saying she'd been working on a Facebook post (totally valid when you have free time without customers and I like places with an active social media presence). She was so pleasant and allowed me to pick any table in the house to eat.

I ordered a very simple breakfast — scrambled eggs and toast along with a hot chocolate. They came out perfectly. The toast warm with the butter already spread and melted. And the eggs tasted fresh and flavorful. The portions were nice and large, both for the meal and for the drink, surprisingly.

Furthermore, you can tell the staff take pride in their work; they served me and then replaced my knife because they thought it wasn't clean enough. I thought it was fine, but the new knife was even more spotless and I like that their standards...

Decided to pop into this cafe for breakfast with a mate and discovered a wee gem in Paisley. On entering found a few workers waiting for their takeaway. The staff (who were great throughout with their service) point us to a table quickly on hearing we wanted to sit in. Straight away I noticed the front counter full of delicious looking home baked selections, (took a wee sample back home afterwards :)), and having ordered the full breakfast (that included beans, slice sausage, fried egg, black pudding, bacon and tattie scone with a drink of your choice and 2 slices of toast) we spent the best part of an hour having a great cooked meal watching the working world pass us by. I even had 'good' change of a £10 note when I came to pay for my meal. So if your looking for a down to earth venue, nothing too fancy, good breakfast or some lovely cakes all of which are reasonably priced...
