My husband and I got married here at the start of September. We had originally planned not to have a big wedding, but the moment we walked into Coats, we completely changed our minds – we instantly knew this was where we wanted to say “I do.”

From the very beginning, the staff were excellent. Any questions we had were answered straight away, and the Facebook group run by the team was a fantastic resource, full of tips and advice from other couples. In the lead-up to the big day, Paulina was an absolute star – so kind, funny, and caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she made the whole planning process feel so much easier.

On our special day, every member of staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The catering was truly first-class – our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how amazing the food was.

I had my wedding here and I am absolutely blown away by the quality service we received at Coats. The care and attention to detail that Suzanne and her team brings to the table cannot be faulted. Suzanne really knows her stuff when it comes to weddings. She will put you in touch with the best suppliers to help make your day magical. Coats is constantly upping their game, adding new features and packages all the time, and the level of service we received for the price we paid was incredible value for money.

As for the building itself, it is stunning. We haven't yet had the professional pictures back, but even from our phone snaps, you can see how this place is the perfect setting for a truly magical wedding. Went to a wedding here at the weekend and feel the venue deserves a shout for their excellent, hard work. Beautiful building for the ceremony. Everyone was looked after by the manager and I have to praise all the staff, they worked hard serving us with a smile and a cheeky laugh here and there. Sam had us all laughing during the meal with his great service accompanied with his banter 😂 The bar staff kept us topped up with speedy service and even having a dance with us at the bar while pouring our pints.
