Loveley spot for a coffee, scone, or in my case a cooked breakfast. Small and cosy, just what was needed. Friendly staff, and of I lived more locally, the kind of place that would become a regular fixture for a catch-up with friends or family. Enjoyed my breakfast, but the slightly overdone tatty scones lost the fifth star. Apparently this is a 10/10 location for their scones (according to some official scone guide) so I suspect if that had been by snack of choice it would have been 5 starb review.

We stopped by this place while traveling through Scotland from the Loch Lomond area to Stirling and decided to try a traditional Scottish breakfast. This was exactly how I imagined a Scottish breakfast would taste when made with the care of a Scottish mom or dad ❤️ It feels like a family-run cafe, so don’t expect fancy interiors, but the breakfast and latte were truly superb (and inexpensive!). Many locals dine here, which I take as a good sign of quality. The bathroom was also sparkling clean.

Came across Skoosh Cafe when we were in Drymen for the weekend. There was just something that attracted us in, apart from the fact we were hungry and we weren't disappointed with the result. We had two lovely big mugs of latte along with a piece of Victoria Sponge (the last bit) and a Biscoff Slice. Really tasty and good value too. Staff lovely and friendly too. There's not too many tables but we timed it just right ♥️

It's a nice little shop especially for hot and cold filled rolls in Drymen. Best to stock up there if you intended going to Balmaha or Rowardennan, while there's a shop in Balmaha. Their prices and variety of products are more expensive but I think quality and service has to go to Skoosh. Friendly staff, fresh cooked food also sells a variety of Ice cream. Your kids or yourselves won't be disappointed. Not a up market restaurant, but good clean food and I think it's possible to sit in doors. The one draw back is because it's a very small town. So you have to park in one of the car parks further up from Skoosh, which is a 5 minutes walk/wheelchair push to get to. Alternatively you can Park half on and half off the road with your hazard lights on to let on coming traffic know your sitting half on/half off. The food was good and well cooked with a smile plus have a nice day. All in all a pleasant experience, one of which I'd recommend and not for any other reason than it's nice plus handy if Balmaha is your final destination. This is a Great small outlet to get stocked up on food and beverage before continuing on your way folks. So I hope this helps someone out, sorry no pictures but I'll be back up that way sometime in the future to take some. All the best to you all and have a Great...

What a find this place was albeit a bit late...was working in Milton of buchannan for 6 months before I went here! The staff are very friendly and full of local knowledge...you can phone in your order and pick it up. The food was very good and service was always with a smile....I'd recommend the lentil soup as every time I had it I was never disappointed!! If your a regular visitor to Drymen then this is the place to go as the consistency of the food, not only that I had but the other boys had too was very good...not once did we have to make any complaints over the 5 or 6 week period and we were there every day....the home baking is up there with some of the best I've tried....if you like tiffin then you'll have found heaven right here as I've not...

After driving 10 miles to visit this lovely wee cafe I had to leave as noone came to take an order from me after welcoming me when I arrived. There was only 2 tables occupied at this time and the customers had already received their food. After a while a staff member came through to the sitting area and instead of taking my order she asked the customers at one of the tables if they had enjoyed their meal and started to clear their table. This was clearly a priority before taking my order. I had no choice but to leave. Noone acknowledged me as I...
