For the prices they charge and the number of staff they have, the service is slow, the tables are often dirty and/or no cup sleeves, napkins or chocolate. Today it happened to be everything. One girl taking orders and being fast and smiling, one girl making the coffee but overloaded and a 3rd woman walking around and looking "busy" but I couldn't see that she was doing anything to address the State of the place. I stop by while waiting for buses and if the delays are too long I simply leave and you lose a sale. You need someone to look at the efficiency of this place. It the 10 minutes I have been drinking my coffee the tables are still dirty and there are still no napkins, cup sleeves or a chocolate shaker. Yes, I could ask but I shouldn't need to and nobody else has.

Latte, cappuccino, flat white? You'll get served what ever milk the barista feels like steaming. No texture, consistency, or care given to steaming the milk. The steam wond sounds like a power washer... Screaming and bubbling away. Frankly, I'd be embarrassed to serve the coffees that leave this place. 3 visits within 24 hrs and every coffee was butchered. Please train your staff how steam milk.

Overall coffee is amazing 👏 & great customer service , staff are very friendly 👌 😀

I have been in hospital for over two weeks and visit this store daily. Always great service , friendly staff with good manners and always served with a smile. Went to get a coffee here on the way to an hospital appointment. Ladies at the till were friendly but also pointed out that I can't use my Starbucks App in this Starbucks. Why running a Starbucks and then do the Cherry picking? One should think that you can use the app in every Starbucks. 🤔 We waited for our coffee a wee while and in the end our order was wrong. No apologies from the barista, it kinda felt he was making it our fault. Not even a "Sorry, for your wait" only a "Here you go." I worked in customer service all my work life and this is definitely not good customer service. Always treat your customer the way you want...

I’m one of the nurses at FVRH and I work mostly nights. Whenever I finished a night shift I’ll always popped into the Starbucks on my way out and grab my morning breakfast/snack. Sophie and Julie delivers a superb service. They always make u feel welcome and always on top of your order. The environment is clean and the display of the food always enticing. I’ve never tried any of the drinks before but looking at the girls make those drinks and tailored them to suit each individual made me try a new addition the pumpkin spice frap and it was delicious.
