Subway — Restaurant in Scotland

Went in to subway on saturday with my son who was so hungry after his football match. Told they had no bread left and would need to wait 15 minutes. So we decided to wait. 20 minutes went by and another customer came in to the shop and was told they would need to wait 10 minutes! Not once did the staff tell us the time had been extended and they knew we had been standing waiting all that time! So we left along with other angry customers. Went for a gluten free salad meal. Ordered through the app. Went down to pick it up only to find they knew nothing about it. Said they hadn’t received an order and had to go look for it.
