Subway — Restaurant in Scotland

Usually ok and I always order the same veggie salad box with extra cheese. Some staff recently don't seem to know what extra cheese is and don't give it despite that it is a paid for extra. On Sun 10th July I ordered my usual salad box but decided to order 2, one for later as I was on a night shift, via the app. When I got home I discovered neither salad had any cheese at all, the amount of salad was so stingy, 2 slithers of red pepper, next to no lettuce, plenty of tomato and cucumber but not much else you could see the bottom of the box! It's a 30 mile round trip for me to go to Subway, sadly I will be giving this branch a miss from now on and looking to use another. PS don't expect cutlery unless you ask for it, they expect you to eat a salad box with...

Hello. Firstly, I would like to make a point, that I never leave feedback but the experience I received on this occasion, I had to!!! Food was amazing but what really made this experience special was the lovely server named Ruta. As you already know, just wow (“how you doing”) I am The meatball lover and I have been to many of your branches, however I will now make a point to make this my first choice, as I have mentioned, food was amazing but the service was unbeatable. Either promote Ruta or I will be offering her a job by month end....

Check you’re not being overcharged. Asked for the advertised in the window Saver Sub Meal Deal Combo. Which should be £3.99 for a 6inch saver sub, regular dispensed drink and a cookie. Told that if we wanted salad it was an extra £0.46 which we agreed to. Then went to the check out and was told it was £7.19. Tried to point out the offer but was told that was the price. Decided not to buy it and left. What a rip off and false...
